Infrastructure

Knitting

Knitting there are 20 Nos of imported circular knitting machines available in diameters 18 to 36 with Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Jacquard and Yarn dyed Auto Stripes all with multifeeders and lycra attachment.

Dyeing

Soft flow machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing for knitted cloth. Eco- Friendly Dyes and chemicals are used. A balloon – padding machine is used to extract water. To make the process quicker, a relax drier is also available. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment.

Compacting

Shrinkage control is achieved by the compacting machine imported from Tubetex, USA . It maintains the shrinkage control to below 3% meeting all international standards. Open width compactor - Bianco from Italy. Total capacity 8 Tons/day. Cotton/PC/Lycra/Viscose – Any fabric suitable. No streaks. No Edge marks.

Embroidery

We have 2 nos of computer embroidery machine of "BARUDAN" make of Japan with 9 colour and 20 heads each. Total production capacity 4,000 Pcs per Day.

Cutting

Band-knife machine backed by cad-cam support ensures precise cutting of fabrics and minimum wastages.

Stitching

Our factory equipped with latest imported sewing machines of 80 Nos. and It includes my Sister concerns. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Siruba, Taiwan and lock stitch from Juki, Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.

Checking

The finished garment is then subjected to a thorough check by skilled supervisors and even the smallest defect is not overlooked.

Ironing

Pressing is the last phase of production of the garment, which is also done with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming. After pressing the garment goes for final packing.
